    Oct 5 03:00:15 server lfd[1426]: *System Integrity* has detected modified file(s): /usr/bin/rpmbuild /usr/bin/rpmdb /usr/bin/rpmquery /usr/bin/rpmsign /usr/bin/rpmverify /bin/rpm

    Received the following mail:

The files have FAILED the md5sum comparison test. This means that
the file has been changed in some way. This could be a result of an OS update or
application upgrade. If the change is unexpected it should be investigated:

    /usr/bin/rpmbuild: FAILED
    /usr/bin/rpmdb: FAILED
    /usr/bin/rpmquery: FAILED
    /usr/bin/rpmsign: FAILED
    /usr/bin/rpmverify: FAILED
    /bin/rpm: FAILED

I'm not sure asking on the forums is the best way to investigate files, this should be from an update to your system though, yes. That email is from CSF/LFD. You'll receive these every time a system file is updated.
