    Hello,

I did a jail all users from the WHM and now I cannot login as root... The connection just closes when i try to login using the root account.

And when I try to loing using a wheel account and do su, although i enter the right password it says the password is wrong ( i also changed the password from whm yet it is giving the same error ) ...

    PLEASE HELP!

well I managed to fix it by unjailing my wheel account and running the su again... It works now!! But I just think that cpanel should jail the root user in any case ...

    Go on, have a guess
I would guess that you have disabled direct root login in your SSH configuration. As you've discovered, you cannot su from a jailed account, it has to be from a normal shell account that is a member of the wheel group.
