Hello,

WHM 11.42.1 (build 5)

I have successfully installed mod_ruid2 and using php5 handler dso.
My problem is when I activate "Jail Apache Virtual Hosts using mod_ruid2" in Tweak Settings
I get the following error when I use a php email form on any of my websites.

Router: deliver_local_outside_jail

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<[email protected]> SIZE=1853: host 127.0.0.1 [127.0.0.1]: 550 "REJECTED - Bad HELO - Host impersonating [website.com]

Is there another setting I am missing?

Thank you for replying Michael, I have recompiled apache and back to using suphp. Although mod_security was running with no issues I could see, it was keeping cmc from displaying anything even though there was log entries.

I am running on an older server with centos 5.10 with only about 10 accounts that don't use much. I read the documentation some more and found out that mod_ruid2 doesn't run as good on older version of centos. Even though it seem to be running correctly.

Could have been nothing more than some user permission issues but for now I will stick with the set up using suphp and mod_security.

To fill you in some more, mod_ruid2 did not set well with the mod_security I have set up using OWASP. It was even throwing in some errors with apache not being able to find .htaccess after mod_security had thrown the intruders a 403.

I am using Apache 2.2.27 with Mod_Security 2.2.7
