JailedShell --- Quota / Free & Available

Folks,

Is there a command a user can issue in their JAILEDSHELL to tell them their Free/Available space out of their assigned quota?

I was thinking "df -H" but that is for the entire hard drive and not their assigned quota.
This needs to run as a account not as root.

Anyone know of any scripts that will provide this info?

You can use the "quota" command. EX:

quota $username
