If i choose to enable jailshell from 'tweak settings' in whm, will it turn on shell access for ALL accounts, OR... will it merely use jailshell for whatever accounts i've specifically chosen to turn on shell access for (and the rest still won't have access to any shell)?

In the Account Functions section you will see a link for "Manage Shell Access". This is where you enable or disable either regular shell or jail shell.

Im not sure but I think the setting your refering to simply allows you to have an account in a jailed shell.

Thanks. it looks like it turns on jailshell as an alternative to regular shell.
