Java options for tomcat - setting Xms Xmx

Where do you set these parameters for Cpanel? I've tried editing /usr/sbin/startcpanel as well as adding -Xmx1024m -Xms1024m" into the /var/cpanel/tomcat.options and nada.. i'm not used to this jsvc and for some reason resin decided to crash apache everytime i start it.

Found out the ordering of the file /usr/sbin/starttomcat was wrong. Moving the "$options" variable ahead of the debug option fixed the problem so now my apps work once again.

Can you paste me your stattomcat file? I have similar problems too, but when i move $options form end, tomcat refuses to start.
