java VM questions

    How is this related to CPanel? Why is your user installing an FTP client on the server? If it is at home, then he is obviously trying to install a java ftp client and doesn't have a java vm loaded. He needs to download the latest JDK/JRE and install that first for his OS.

    Point well taken. I only wanted to know if it could have in any way been a problem with the java install on the server, seeing as this is my first encounter with a similar situation. Just somehow ended up coming out wrong.
