After release, our support team which is available 24/7/365, actively reports new bugs and problems so that we can fix these as fast as possible.
Lastly, we allow users to install JetBackup 5 with the same license as JetBackup 4. This way, users can test and configure their backups with the new version while maintaining their current backup plans with JetBackup 4. We also provide an UPGRADE GUIDE which will help clarify the differences between JetBackup 4 and JetBackup 5 and help getting started with the upgrade process.
