This would depend on the API you're using, as far as how you'd do this with cPanel can you provide an example of what you're trying to do specifically?
Well, in my case it would be this:

Somehow changing out the objective names from numbers to "name" objective.
Then you can add /Apache on the end of the url, then it would bring up the objective "Apache" with the other information you can pull.

This would have to be something on the backend that would run a specific API when you execute that page I would assume. I couldn't tell you more information on that without knowing the specific information you're trying to gather. Our UAPI guide is here and may provide some insight?
