    Hello!,

Is it possible to install tomcat/jsp & servlet support on cPanel/Whm 11?
There's no option in install addons anymore.

Any suggestions, help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Daniel

You need to compile Apache to install tomcat/jsp servlets. This can be done from

WHM >> Software >> EasyApache (Apache Update).

Click "Start customizing based on profile" button
    then, click "Next Step"
again click "Next Step" (if you don't want to change the PHP version)
    then, "Exhaustive Option List"
select "Tomcat" in Other Modules section
    click "Save and Build.

That should install what you need. Once done, you have to install servlets on the domains you are hosting jsp files on, which can done from

WHM >> Account Functions >> Install Servlets

I installed it without using exhaustive options list, is this fine??

Also is it possible to upgrade to tomcat 6?, the version it installed was tomcat 5.
