There are junk characters that are appearing on the WHM control panel and no news etc. Also many things like ftp slowed down to a crawl and mail just stopped working and is giving the following error.

    -----
Connected to nn.nn.nn.nn (<- ip) but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 rejected: cannot route to sender
    -----

    Any suggestions. ...

    Thanks

Search for this in the forum and u'll get the result.

Is ur hostname pingable, i.e does your hostname return any results when accesed from outside world ? Some mail servers reject mails if the sender domain does not respond.

    Hope this helps!

I really need some help here

Its 6.4.2-R47 which was supposedly the latest stable release and that has screwed everything up.

Nope I cannot even ping and that also was not an issue earlier.

I did a lot of searches on the forums but did not find everything I needed. I did some of the fix scripts but that did'nt help either.

This is really bad. It appears like the latest release is getting all its testing after going into production.
