Junk email in default email account set as fail

Many of our client complaining that their disk space full although they frequently download their email to outlook express, upon carefully checked we discover that many email is deposited in default account which we already set to fail. This problem is not only happen to one customer but it is a server wide problem. Can anybody suggest the best way to solve this problem.

did you set the default address as fail or as :fail: ?

the correct is

:fail:

you can check this at /etc/valiases/domain.com

also you may look at neomail trash and sent itens (or any other) sometime there is the extra kbytes that are consuming your disk space quota

We set it in WHM as default when we create any new account it will automatically does this setting. the setting is :fail: No Such User Here.
