I want to move loads of accounts and have changed the named stuff with a script. But this means that localdomains and remotedomains are not in sync anymore.

Is there a method to have cPanel check all named db files and then build the localdomains/remotedomains on basis of the content of the named db files?

What exactly was changed in each of the DNS zones?

The files "localdomains" and "remotedomains" are automatically managed based on the MX record configuration setup via cPanel and WHM. Is there a specific reason cPanel/WHM and the available APIs were not used for the custom modifications?
