I have my email set up on Outlook, but sometimes I check my mail from other computers, so I don't use Outlook, I use Horde webmail in cPanel.

How and where in cPanel can I set the mail up in a way that every mail I get stays on server, no matter if I already read it over Outlook and downloaded it?

    Thanks

    Use IMAP

The simplest way to do this is to use IMAP, which is the protocol that is used by Webmail. Configure your mail client (Outlook) to use IMAP instead of POP, and messages will be left on the server. It sounds like you are currently using POP, and deleting messages from the server after reading them.

IMAP is the preferred protocol when you may access a mailbox from multiple computers or locations, and this is the major reason why.
