Keeps redirecting to cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

    My domain keeps redirecting to cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi and I clear the browser cache and fkushed the dns how do I fix it.

    what does pinging your site show ? the new ip or old ?

    It may take some time for propagation if the name servers are recently updated.

    If you would be willing to provide your domain name, we could check what it is showing for the IP in digs. Please also let us know which IP it should be showing.

    Next, can you confirm if you are using a normal frontend IP-based setup? If you have a NAT where the backend IP is used on the machine to translate on the network to the frontend IP, then the domain will need to have the backend IP in Apache configuration (/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf) file, but the frontend IP in the DNS Zone Templates where it is hard coded to use the frontend IP. The most frequent times I've seen a domain not working and redirecting to the default page would be when someone is using a NAT-based setup and has the frontend IP in Apache configuration rather than the backend one.
