I have a cPanel server with Kerio Mail Server installed (Exim and all other mail items are already disabled and haven't started upon reboot or update) but Apache is causing some trouble. I want to stop Apache from starting and have unchecked the services in the services manager but it continues to start (possibly after updates/reboots). I want to keep cPanel on the server for DNS and system updates but I do not need Apache. I do not need the ability to add/update/delete users through WHM or anything like that. I simply wish to prevent Apache (also Exim and friends) from starting.

To the just use Exim crowd; when Exim can support Exchange like groupware functions then my clients will use Exim :)
