    When running:

/scripts/fixeverything this server will hang. The script gets to Repairing Mail
    Box Permissions then hangs.

When I plug a monitor into the server I see this message:

kernel: eth0: Too much work at interrupt, status=0x00000001.

I am not sure if this is a related error or not...

The machine seems to be hanging/restarting very often, and I cant really see any errors in any of the files. I have done numerous hardware tests on the box and there doesnt seem to be any problems with memory/cpu cooling etc.

When I check /var/log/messages there is alot of notifications about local ftp, Im guessing this is nothing to worry about, though there does seem to be quite a few messages like:
    Apr 28 19:37:12 hostname proftpd[1834]: hostname.domain.com
    (127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]) - FTP session opened.
