Kernel Panic on Install

Hi All

I am installing from CentOS-5.7-x86_64-cPanel.iso on a Microsoft Hyper V machine. The installer appear to work OK, or at least it does not give me any errors.
It is when it get to reboot for the first time I get a kernel panic.

Any suggestions as to what I need to do to stop this.

It is a Supported Virtual Environments so why not?
