ok - why do all my clients see this msg - and is there anyway to get rid of this?

Disk usage quota: WARNING - Kernel quota is newer than supported. Quotafile used by utils need not be the one used by kernel. 5.76 Megabytes

I have searched the forums but found many threads that sort of talk about this issue but not it directly - ...

ok heres some info:
Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) mod_log_bytes/1.2 mod_bwlimited/1.0 PHP/4.3.1 FrontPage/5.0.2.2510 mod_ssl/2.8.12 OpenSSL/0.9.6b

WHM 6.2.0 Cpanel 6.4.0-R19 RedHat 7.2

Thanks for your input . . .

What kernel are you running, have you enabled quotas in the kernel and have you tried running /scripts/fixquotas
