Is there a script in cPanel to update system Kernel? I am using RedHat Fedora Core.

There is not to my knowledge. The kernel is a very critical component, and should be done only if you know what you're doing. I only do it if I have a remote access port I can use should it fail to boot.

I understand that it's a critical component. But I belive there should be an option in WHM to update system kernel. That would be very useful for me and for many other users.

    Go on, have a guess
I doubt you'll ever see it for the reasons Rave5 gave. Kernel upgrades should only be done by a competent server admin, and that means from shell.
