kernel upgrade notice

Can anybody please tell me where I can change the setting that causes CPanel to check the kernel version?

We have chosen to upgrade to the AC version which still shows below 14 and we receive the upgrade notice everyday.. rather than block the email I thought there may have been a tidy way to adjust this..

chmod 0000 /scripts/kernelcheck
chattr +i /scripts/kernelcheck

You can always create file /etc/nokerncheck
touch /etc/nokerncheck
will do the job
