KernelCare Update Error

Can anyone please help me with the following error that I am getting when I try to update KernelCare using cmd # kcarectl --update?

Error msg:
HTTP Error 403: Forbidden: https://patches.kernelcare.com/00bcae24af288e24506e7dc30db2121941b23262/89/kpatch.bin
