    Hello,

Let me eaplain. It is not that I am receiving mails. When I take kmail email client and try to add a new user to it by clicking the kmail configuration option we see the window kmail configuration window. When I click on identities we see 'manage identities', right? Here there are two cloums identity name and email address. So when we add a new user to kmail we add an identity for him here right. So there are presently more than 300 users named 'unnamed' in the listing here. When I manually delete them they keep heaping again. So I think u understood my situation. Please give mea solution for this.

    Regards,
    David

    kill all instances of kmail.

then move the folder named /home/username/.kde/share/apps/kmail.

then restart kmail and see. might help. else move it back.

i just configured my kmail to that; and sent a test mail and the pop up was there.

Though this isnt any matter realted with the OS; it seems to be related with the Kmail itself.
