I am hoping to add all countries except my own to the cPHulk Black List.

Is there a limit to how many IPs you can add to the blacklist?

Will having a huge list of IPs cause any problems?

    Thanks!

    Phil

Instead of using cphulkd you can use csf + lfd firewall for the same purpose. It will automatically detects failed login attempt and block the IP moreover you will be able to block country or specific range with the help of csf.

Yeah currently installing CSF at the moment :)

However, blocking countries in CSF would block access to the entire server? i.e. the websites hosted on it. I would just want to block access to the login areas since I am the only person who will ever log into cPanel or WHM.

It will block access to everything on your server. If you want to block access to whm/cpanel, you can check out following thread.
