I've got a client , when he logs into cpanel it shows

    Last login from: 127.0.0.1

I verified this by loggin in to his cpanel account with him and it did show that. I refreshed and my external internet ip address showed up. Then I had him refresh and it showed my ip address on his browser. Then I refreshed and it turned back to the 127.0.0.1 address.

I had him go to a few other sites that do a ip display as well as a few scripts that I've writen that show the ip address by

    $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']

and it did show his external ip address on the other sites.

My question is it because of PERL or is it specificly because of something he's doing..

    WHM 9.1.0 cPanel 9.1.0-E206
    RedHat 7.3 - WHM X v2.1.2
    Apache Core 1.3.29
    PHP 4.3.4
    PERL 5.8.1

He's logging in through the secure connection and you're not. The secure connection always shows 127.0.0.1.
