I have a user who's "Latest Visitor" stats do not show the latest 300 users. It does not appear that their whole domain log is being parsed, but rather, only partially parsed. They will see approximately 100 users.

The info for this feature indicates that the log will parse the last 24 hours worth of log files, but the parsing only seems to take place for the last few hours, not the full 24 hours.

Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to show more of the log file or to get a full 24 hour evaluation of the log file? Note: the logfiles are not getting deleted. In fact, there is information that is not being parsed at all.

    Thanks,
    Vic

In most cases, once stats are generated, the logs are wiped and from that point forward is when new entries are generated. Not always will this number of entries even reach 300.
