Latest Visitors report - filter by file type

For inspecting activities of certain 'users of interest' this report is quite useful except for the large amount of records that are of no interest. I am thinking of all the .css, .gif and .jpg files that are just incidental to the main html or php pages retrieved.

Is there a way for a user (not operator of server) to filter out that stuff???
