I have noticed that my latest visitors stats is not showing the 300 latest but is down to 10 to 30 visitors.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Hm, that's what i thought after replying to the thread. Everytime the logs update it "clears" the latest visitors, right?

I'm not sure if it was the case, but will check in the next time.

However please confirm the above question.

thanks

The latest visitor information is simply extracted from logs, specifically the domain's Apache logs. If the Apache log for your domain was recently emptied/rotated or in some other way cleared, then the last 300 visitors feature will not be able to show you all of the last 300 visitors.

An easy way to test this is to check back tomorrow, by then there should be a few more entries in your Apache logs (if anything, from search engine spidering). If things look better by tomorrow, then it's likely that your logs were simply rotated.

If this is not the case and you have root access to the server, submit a support ticket so someone can have a look at it to ensure it is properly functioning.
