Latest visitors time range

As of today, when viewing the Latest Visitors in cPanel, a client noticed that it is only showing visitors from the last hour (/30/14 2:53 PM – 4/30/14 3:49 PM).
This has always shown at least, 500 entries that would span at least the past 2 days.

Why would this all of a sudden change?

Is there a way from WHM to change the reporting time frame?

I believe it's hard set at 500 lines. Perhaps you got more hits than usual, thus making 500 lines span over a shorter period of time.

Please also keep in mind that you may see less entries if statistics for the account have recently generated (Apache domlogs are rotated after each statistics generation by default).
