Latest visitors - who determines when (at what time) should these data be erased?

Program Latest visitors shows the information last visits our websites. Every 24 hours the data are erased. How or who determines when (at what time) should these data be erased?

Time of deleting data was changed (I don't know exact time) from 2pm to 5am (local time).
When I asked the provider about this change, they replied that they did not change anything. My question is: who has changed the time of deleting data?

Hello,

It's reset whenever statistics are generated for the account through cpanellogd. Your hosting provider can configure times that statistics are set to generate if they want it to start at a specific time.
