Getting this error for instance when running the /scripts/mailperm or /scripts/eximup --force

lchown: Operation not permitted at /scripts/cPScript/SafetyBits.pm line 142

Seems to be doing that after we update to the latest Current 10.9.0-C117
Lchown is there (tried the perlinstaller) and is up to date.

    Anyone else having this problem?

Is this on a VPS? If so, then Virtuozzo doesn't provide support for attribute handling so chown doesn't work.

Nope Chirpy. That was not a VPS.

Odd. If you're still seeing the problem on the very latest CURRENT release then I'd suggest logging it with cPanel through your license provider or in bugzilla.

I am seeing the same error when running fixcommonproblems, and it is not a vps server, also having some major email issues on this server.

I have a similar problem when trying to create an account in virtuozzo, is there any solution?

    Thanks in advance
