Leech Project Problem !!!

    For some reason Leech project is not working correctly... It freezes say 20 people try to download and only 5 people are allowed. The subdomain with leech project just times out instead of redirecting to the alternate URL.... Anyone have any clue about this bug and how to fix it ?

    Using 9.9.8-STABLE 6. Also i noticed that when this problem occurs it happens to my other leech project directories (I mean subdmains with leech project times out ) too... Really weird.
