Let's Encrypt global installation

Hi, I have installed Let's Encrypt plugin as documentation said, at Home »SSL/TLS »Manage AutoSSL AutoSSL Providers ticked in Let’s Encrypt™, I agree to these terms of service and Recreate my current registration with “Let’s Encrypt. no errors occurred.
In Manage Users tab there is option ticked in:
Reset to Feature List Setting
Use setting established by the feature list “default” which is currently set to “enabled”.

Then I go to my test user, adding new domain, domain is resolving fast, I wait until next day to make sure there is no ip resolving problem, it works with http, and..
domain doesn't have installed Let's Encrypt at all, https has self signed cert, what do I do wrong?

Hey there! If you go to WHM >> Manage AutoSSL, then choose the "Manage Users" tab and click the "check" button next to your user, do you see any errors from the log?

You could also go to WHM >> Manage AutoSSL and view the recent logs under the "Logs" tab to look for errors, but it should be providing some output as to why it is not able to issue the SSL.
