    Hi,

We are generating SSL certificates from a CMS that has a let's encrypt tool.

When generating the SSL cert we have this error :
    Code:
    http://www.mydomain.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/DC5i7KeSdeXI52mrI1rAxCHlpMLyqN-9HpQLMEXX_TE
    - token not available

    When calling the URL
    Code:
    http://www.mydomain.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/DC5i7KeSdeXI52mrI1rAxCHlpMLyqN-9HpQLMEXX_TE
, the token is shown (no access right issue) .

We have been trying to disable Auto SSL from WHM , but the result is still the same .

Is there something that can prevent the token to be retrieved on WHM settings ?

Thank you for reading me .

    Hello,

You'd need to check with the support or development team of your CMS to see what could be happening during the SSL certificate request. Have you considered using the AutoSSL functionality offered in cPanel & WHM for the SSL certificate instead of your custom CMS application?

    Thank you.
