License Expired!!!

Why does my cpanel say my license is expired
i bought one of the owned licenses for $1400 and i am not happy with this
my IP is 66.28.13.20
i paid about 3 weeks ago

i am really not happy with this and i am almost to the point of demanding a refund because you did not state on your site that the freebsd version is a BETA and DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY which is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
