License file issues

    Unknown License File Version (has = 20, needed = 21, length=1389). This means that the system failed to get a new license, or part of the update process failed. If you are the server admin, you should run /usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/stopcpsrvd and then /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp --sync to attempt to resyncronize.

    I have attempted everything it states and I get an error on update please give me a hint.

    The error message you have reported is often the result of a failed cPanel update. If you have already forced a cPanel update on the server and the issue persists, could you open a ticket and post the ticket ID here?
