    Hello,

I have bought a new dedicated server. Installed cPanel.

The problem is with the cPanel's license:

    TRIAL LICENSE
This copy of cPanel / WHM is a trial version and will expire at the end of the trial term. You will need to upgrade to a paid copy of cPanel / WHM to continue using the software after that term.

    I've tried /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

    Nothing. Same error.

Please advise how to fix this issue.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Have you licensed your IP address? You can verify the cPanel license of your server at License Verification - cPanel Inc. ( make sure, you put the main IP of the server there ).

    Thank you,
    Anoop.

    Hello :)

Check to ensure the IP address your server is making connections from matches the licensed IP address:

    Code:
    # lynx -dump http://www.cpanel.net/showip.cgi
If it matches, and the IP address is not issued a trial license per verify.cpanel.net, then try updating cPanel via:

    Code:
    # /scripts/upcp --force
    Thank you.
