license problem

    Has anyones customers had trouble over the last coupla days trying to login to their canel accounts but getting a page saying the license has expired? Its happening to my customers but corrects itself once i login to whm as root?


    Any ideas?

    tried all that and seems ok. Its only happens on occasions. maybe its a glitch in the matrix :)

    i think that thread isnt the problem in this case.


    we got the same issue as well, weird enaugh, login as root fix it. We didnt have any problems with this before 3 weeks ago.

    After that i had it my self, so i fixed it somehow (now i know i fixed it by login as root in whm) quit fast.

    But today i had the same problem again and received serval questions for customers.


    This is a very bad bug, since i hate it when customers think we dont pay our bills on time!!! while we always do!
