    From trustix site:

Internal License – A license for Trustix Operating System and cPanel which you will use in your own data center/hosting environment. Therefore only applicable to web hosting providers.

External License – A License for Trustix Operating System and cPanel which you would like to purchase and pass on to the third party who then provides you with web hosting. There by applicable to anyone.

    From forums:
Internal license is if you datacenter have parnership with cpanel
External license is if you datacenter havent.

My datacenter is Redbus, network/rack provider Proserve.

There are some partys in redbus whitch i know provide cPanel.
    Proserve doesnt

    - Can i buy a internal license @ trustix and install Fedora + cPanel
    - If not: What license do i need

    no, this is not possible.

If you sell dedicated servers then you can use trustix internal.

Yes i sell dedicated server, but point is, i love to use Trustix, but they dont support SATA. We use supermicro servers and i cant say to a customers: em.. ok.. you have to pay 500 setup for scsi so your cpanel licence can be €20 per month

You can only use a trustix license with the OS trustix installed.

Trustix supports SATA controllers from 3ware. We're also using Supermicro servers with these controllers... not a single problem.
