Please submit a ticket so we can investigate the matter using the link in my signature.

Of note, you may want to ensure your /etc/resolv.conf file has working resolvers. You may want to replace any you do have in that file with the Google public resolvers:

nameserver 8.8.4.4
nameserver 8.8.8.8

Please check the license logs for cPanel at this location for any further details:

Code:
tail -500 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/license_log

Hello,

This issue has been resolved by moving "/var/cpanel/update_blocks.config" and resynchronizing the cPanel license with "/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt".

I found this solution somewhere on the internet...

This issue is caused due to expired cpanel license or the corrupted license file.

It can be resolved by moving /var/cpanel/update_blocks.config and resynchronizing the cPanel license with /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt.

# mv /var/cpanel/update_blocks.config /var/cpanel/update_blocks.config.bk

# /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

If its still the same, try to disable the CSF firewall by

# csf -x

and then resynchronizing the cPanel license.

Unfortunately I receive this error:

mv: cannot stat `/var/cpanel/update_blocks.config': No such file or directory

It just means the file does not exist so you do not have to move it with the "mv" command. You should not manually create this file.

Thank you.
