    Hello,

It's seems tjhere is connection issue between your server and cpanel server. Please verify the server can connect to auth.cpanel.net on ports 2089, 80 or 53.

auth.cpanel.net is different then cpanel.net and has its own IP's.

    Hello,

I'm happy to see the issue is now solved. Would you mind sharing what the solution was?

    Thanks!
