Hello,

I'm hoping for a direct reply from someone at CPanel. I've been unable to conduct business for over a week now, no thanks to CPanel. I recently had a server move, new license and everything. The license was then deactivated after one day. I can't open a support ticket because it says my support # doesn't seem to match my IP (at least that's what the ticket system is telling me).

I'm so frustrated and there is NO EXCUSE for this. I can't conduct my business because my backend software uses WHM. No WHM access means I can't sell accounts.

I'd expect better from a company like CPanel. I've been using CPanel for just about 3 years now and haven't had any problems until now. My provider has been trying to get in contact with you guys without luck as well.

Until this problem is fixed, I'm looking at other Linux solutions. I am NOT happy with CPanel right now. :mad:

I would recommend submitting a billing ticket rather than a support ticket for billing/licensing-related issues.

You can contact the billing department via your cPanel Store account by going to the "Contact Us" menu and selecting "Contact Billing" or by emailing [email protected]

Thank you. I will do that now.

Please also advise that my provider has an open ticket, over 10 hours no reply about this issue.
