    libexec issue with cpanel7

When I restart my server I get the following warnings:

[Sat Jun 28 12:13:57 2003] [warn] Loaded DSO libexec/mod_attach.so uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)

[Sat Jun 28 12:13:57 2003] [warn] NameVirtualHost *********has no VirtualHosts

    How do I fix this?
