Using Fantastico Deluxe in cPanel, I have installed a phpBB board in the directory mydomain.com/forum, and uploaded to it the database from a phpBB board on a PlusMail platform, where my domain used to be. Everything works fine, except I am having some minor difficulties with the database which someone has offered to help me repair. I would like to give him access only to the directory mydomain.com/forum and to phpMyAdmin. Is there a way to do that through cPanel? Thank you.

The only way to have limited phpMyAdmin access would be to install it yourself on your account configured to login using the database user credentials beyond a password protected folder shield naturally.

As for FTP, I'd tell you exactly what dalem told you ... :)
