I apologize for any problems you have run into, this is most likely something that can be done. However, it is not something we could support directly. This would most likely require an edit of your IP Tables which can be very sensitive to changes. Please let me know if you have any questions.

If you are aiming at php upload size, you can set it at php.ini file with the value max_upload_size.
