    After read this http://www.cohprog.com/v3/bandwidth/doc-en.html

    I have try to set this to my httpd.conf

    <Directory "/home">
    BandWidth all 1024
    </Directory>

    For test limit to 1 Mbit/s

    But don't work..

    No error after apache restart

    any idea ?

    you can also use mod_limit, we are already successfull limiting download/upload speed
