limit email size?

Is there a way to limit the size of email messages received/sent from a specific individual cPanel account or domain?

I know that I can go into WHM, Exim Configuration Editor: message_size_limit = ***M

however this applies the size limit across all cPanel accounts/domains on the server - I would like to limit just one specific cPanel account or domain, is this possible?

Essentially I need to restrict the size of attachments sent to a particular email address.

You will need to setup a custom Exim system filter rule that deletes or bounces messages that exceed a defined message_body_size
