Limit Exim Max Recipients (per user only)

I have this option in my exim.conf that allow to send up to 50 recipients per message.

recipients_max = 50
recipients_max_reject = true

This option is globally. Is there a way to limit (using a rule or something) for a specific user to 10 recipients and the rest leave with 50 ???
