    Hello Cpanle support and community,

I encountered with the problem where one account receives a tons of emails.
I am wondering is it possible to restrict INCOMING emails per an account, to keep server's stability?

    Thanks.
    Ally L.

Experts will be along shortly to advise no doubt.
What about restricting the mailbox size ?

    Hello @ally1,

Do you know if the incoming email is SPAM, or if it's legitimate? If it's SPAM, one feature that comes to mind is Greylisting:

Greylisting - Version 70 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

    Per it's description:

When enabled, the mail server will temporarily reject any email from a sender that the server does not recognize. If the email is legitimate, the originating server tries to send it again after a delay. After sufficient time passes, the server accepts the email.

    Thank you.
