Limit one email recipient on exim to 20 email adress

Hello

How to limit in exim.conf to one email can max send to 20 email adres recipient (CC, UDW etc)

I dont want give users option that is default that user can send one email to 200 email adress (max email per hour in WHM).

Maybe helps someone

on top of exim.conf insert

recipients_max = 20
recipients_max_reject = true
